How do I cancel my subscription? ›
Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → ChefieAI → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
How do I delete my account? ›
Inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all data within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first via Settings to avoid future charges.
How do I request a refund? ›
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit
reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the ChefieAI charge, and request a refund. We cannot process refunds directly.
Can I use ChefieAI if I have food allergies? ›
Yes — ChefieAI uses your allergen profile to filter suggestions. However, AI systems can make errors. Always verify ingredient labels independently when cooking for someone with a serious allergy. The app is not a certified allergen management tool.
The AI gave me a wrong or bad recipe — what do I do? ›
AI-generated recipes can occasionally have errors. Use the Amend button on any recipe to fix issues, or generate a new version. If you find a systematic problem, use the support form above to report it — we monitor quality and this genuinely helps.
The app isn't working — what should I try first? ›
Try these in order: (1) Force-quit the app and reopen it. (2) Check your internet connection. (3) Update to the latest version from the App Store. (4) Sign out and sign back in from Profile. If none of these work, use the form above and include your device model and iOS version.
